About Us

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart (Once in the cart you will see the price. Items may be removed from the cart at any time up to completion of checkout by clicking on View Cart tab on the left.) After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Delta UK and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, with the exception of made to measure items. You may send your credit card information via by our secure payment area, phone, fax or snail mail. NOT by EMAIL
Shipping And Handling Carriage Charges will be worked out as you purchase your goods and displayed in checkout. When your cart value reaches £50 Ex. VAT then shipping will be free.(UK mainland only, excluding some Scottish areas)

For export orders and some highland and off shore destinations the shipping cost will be calculated on each order.

A Basic cost will be worked out in checkout but due to the size of some of the products, the actual shipping cost will be e-mailed to the customer if higher.

The goods will not be shipped until the customer authorises the shipping costs.

When receiving an order please check the package for damage and also check the number of packages you sign for is correct. If in doubt sign for as damaged or short. There may be a problem with a claim if the goods are signed for as in good condition.

We endeavour to send your order to you in 3 business days, where possible next day. International orders are generally received in less than 7 days depending on customs clearance. Made to measure items normally take 5-14working days. These delivery times are not guaranteed
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Prices are displayed Exclusive and Inclusive of 17.5% VAT

For orders outside the EEC no UK tax will be charged. The buyer will be liable for any local taxes or duty payable in their country.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Guarantee:  If goods are faulty or not as stated we will gladly refund any payments made or replace the item. We must be notified within 24 hrs of delivery for damaged items.

( A slight colour variation is not considered a fault, especially on the wooden ranges of poles and blinds.)  

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Returns Policy Returns: The customer also has the right to return the goods within 7 days from date of receipt, if not satisfied and will be liable for the carriage costs only. This option does not apply to made to measure items and special orders. Goods returned should be of resalable condition including the packaging.
